Introduction

The FM25xxx F-RAM™ product family employs an industry-standard 4-wire SPI interface. They are high-speed (up to 40 MHz), low-power, nonvolatile memory devices. SPI F-RAM densities start from 4 Kbit and extend up to 2 Mbit. This application note reviews the functional and timing aspects of these devices.
